What’s Your Return Policy?

Unused orders may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt*. Customer will pay for return shipping or will have shipping deducted from their refund.

Money will be paid back to the original form of payment*.

Certain personalized items are not eligible to return. Please contact me if you’re unsure about returning an item.

*Returned orders that are shipped back damaged will only be eligible for store credit unless the customer can prove it was damaged during the shipping process.

What are your processing times?

Processing times are generally 1-5 days. For custom orders or bigger projects please contact me for accurate processing times.

Are all of your items handmade?

Yes, all items are crocheted by me.

Do you have a storefront?

No, all items are made in my home and shipped from there. I do not provide deliveries at this time. You may pick up in person at a craft show, contact me for more information on that.

Are there a risk of allergies with your products?

Since I crochet at my home there are risks of allergens. The main one being cat dander from my two cats. If there’s a specific thing you’re concerned about please contact me.
